Fieldhouse Launches eAccount

New product offers individual password protected online accounts for purchasing event tickets, fees and more.

BELLEVUE, WA -- Fieldhouse Inc., a leading provider of fundraising and eCommerce services for schools, teams and leagues, camps, churches and non-profits, announced today that it has launched a new product called eAccount. It is designed to make managing tickets sales and collecting fees fast and easy, saving time and money.

eAccount was initially designed to assist schools with managing dance ticket sales, but the features were expanded to include collecting fees, registration and more. Thomas S. Wootton High School is an eAccount user. They recently managed their Homecoming ticket sales using eAccount and plans to use it for future events.

“Using eAccount for Homecoming streamlined the accounting process, kept our students in classes (they no longer have to sit for hours and sell or buy tickets during instructional time) and provided access to ticket sales 24 hours a day 7 days a week,” explains Edward Owusu, Thomas S. Wootton High School Assistant Principal. “Plus the features of eAccount now allow us to limit ticket purchases to a particular grade level, making Senior Prom, truly a senior high school student event.”

Using eAccount is easy for clients. They simply provide a spreadsheet of the names and ids of their constituency and Fieldhouse uploads it for them. An account is automatically created for each name. eAccount is a password protected area of an organization’s current online store where customers login and can purchase any items the listed. There can be restrictions placed on certain items so that purchasing is limited if fees are not paid in full, for example.

“The development of eAccount was based on client feedback and is designed to give our clients the most flexibility possible when it comes to collecting fees and selling event tickets,” said Carl Lombardi Jr., Founder and President of Fieldhouse Inc.
